ReplyDeleteAll Bones,No Meat was a rehearsal demo put together from rehearsal tapes, by the bass player, without the band's knowledge prior to release.
ReplyDeleteIt recorded live onto a ghetto blaster / portable stereo radio tape player, in the drummer's basement. Yes, his "drums" were pots and pans and chairs. The singer stood in front of the tape player screaming into it, and the bass amp was borrowed from Rob Raffan, Sepultura's first bass player, who had relocated to Toronto.
The band's logo on the cover was drawn by Harry Tong, a friend through the band SACRIFICE he also did artwork / photos for.
